Black Forest Oatmeal


It is a dessert for breakfast minus the unhealthy ingredients and excessive calories!


3 tbsp True Elements Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Almond Milk
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp True Elements Raw Flax Seeds (Powdered)
2 tbsp True Elements Raw Honey
Chocolate Chips
Almond Butter

Directions (For qty, refer to the ingredients section)

  1. In a saucepan add all ingredients except chocolate chips, almond butter, and cherries.
  2. Cook for about 7-8 minutes or till the oats become soft.
  3. Top the oatmeal with chocolate chips, cherries, and almond butter.
